As a family run independent jeweller, we pride ourselves on our ability to cover all aspects of after sales services. We offer a full repairs to both jewellery and watches, whilst also offering a full jewellery design and remodeling service. Valuations for Insurance and Probate are available through our independently regulated (NAJ) Valuer.
REPAIRS SERVICE
Having your jewellery checked and cleaned by professionals is the best option for keeping your items in perfect condition. At Michael Matthews we recommend that this should be done at least once a year, to make sure there are no loose stones or any wear to the settings or claws.

JEWELLERY VALUATIONS
Valuations for Insurance and Probate are available through our independently regulated (IRV) Valuer. Our long standing staff are on hand to advise you through your insurance requirements and can even assist by setting up jewellery insurance policies through TH MARCH for items of jewellery purchased from Michael Matthews.
We would be happy guide you through insurance claims should you find yourself in an unfortunate position of having to make a claim.
