Returns Information

If you are not entirely happy with your internet purchase, or you wish to exchange it, please notify us via email or telephone, and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery. We will accept goods bought online, for refund or exchange as long as they are received in their original condition, unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Purchases made via the internet may be returned to our Bournemouth store at the following address, by post or in person.

For security purposes when posting items to us, please mark the package with MMJ rather than Michael Matthews Jewellery, and ensure that you use an insured postage method such as the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage, as we cannot held liable for any items lost in transit.

We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned item(s) and accompanying information. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error, you will be responsible for the return of the goods and all return postage costs.
