Placing your Order Online

Making a purchase from our website could not be easier.  Browse through the site to find any items you are interested in. Click on the image to view more information about each product.

To add an item to your shopping basket, click on the ‘Buy’ button.  You may continue shopping, or continue to Checkout to finalise your purchase and make your payment.  You will be asked for a few details which we require to be able to complete your order.

We accept major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Electron.  All our orders are handled by Sagepay using 128bit SSL encryption and are 100% secure.

As soon as you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your order.  You will not be charged until we are ready to dispatch your order, which may take up to 24 hours*.  We will send another email confirming that we have your item(s) in stock and are dispatching it to you.  At this stage we will take payment for the purchase.

Your order will be packaged beautifully in the brand’s own packaging, and carefully boxed to avoid damage.   Your receipt will be included unless you have indicated that the item is a gift to be delivered to an alternative address.

* This delay allows us to ensure that you will not be incorrectly charged in instances where we have inadvertently over-priced or under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.  In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you to ensure that the new price is acceptable before we proceed.
